SPECIAL NOTICE
ASSOCIATION OF HOMEOWNERS
VILLAGE PARK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION
In accordance with Section 514B-121 of Hawaii State Law, this is to advise homeowners that the Board of Directors of the Association of Homeowners of Village Park Community Association intends to solicit proxies for the election / re-election of Directors at the Annual Homeowner's meeting scheduled for:
THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2026
Four (4) Board members will be elected for the ensuing year.
Under this law, any homeowner wishing to solicit proxies at the Association's expense shall submit a statement. The statement, which shall be limited to black text on white paper, shall not exceed one single-sided 8.5" x 11" page, indicating the owner's qualification to serve on the Board or reasons for wanting to receive proxies. Statement should be received no later than seven (7) days following the posting of this notice.
